I love this story about a man who secretly films men's crotches on the subway. "Because nothing shown on these videos isn't already on public display..." filming men's crotches isn't illegal.
Its sort of like crotch man is the converse of this guy, who likes to take his equipment out of his pants on the subway. Putting your stuff on display, however, is illegal.
I wonder if the crotch taper is a vegan, too.

That reminds me of my first trip to NYC when you lived in Harlem and that guy sitting across from us whipped it out on the train and that other guy had to go over and yell at him "to pull up his drawers." That was so intense. I guess HEB really can't compete.
Also, why isn't filming men's crotches illegal? Seems like if you were filming women's breasts on the train, they would find a way to make that illegal.
